Finesse Properties provides property management and rental services in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Our services include:

3. Rental Applications

Submitting a rental application through our website does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review, and Finesse Properties reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion based on eligibility criteria.

4. Property Listings

While we strive to ensure all property listings are accurate and up-to-date, availability, pricing, and property details may change without prior notice. Images shown are representative and the actual property may have minor variations.

5. Tenant Obligations

Tenants who enter into lease agreements with Finesse Properties are expected to:

• Pay rent on time as stipulated in the lease agreement
• Maintain the property in good condition
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Comply with all terms of the lease agreement
• Adhere to property rules and regulations

6. Payment Terms

Rental payments are due as specified in individual lease agreements. Late payments may incur charges as outlined in your lease. All payment amounts are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

7. Maintenance

Finesse Properties will maintain the structural integrity and common areas of managed properties. Tenants are responsible for day-to-day upkeep of their individual units and must report any damage or maintenance needs in a timely manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

Finesse Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or properties, to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law.

9. Termination

Lease termination terms are specified in individual lease agreements. Finesse Properties reserves the right to terminate access to our online services for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Lagos, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

Finesse Properties reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
